Positive Morning Affirmations You can Use Daily

What we water grows. I try to remind myself that the patterns and habits that I see in my life are not fixed and that they have been developed and ingrained in my life over time. The way that I tell my story can impact the way I feel and perform day in and day out. I don’t think of daily affirmations as a magical pill, or an easy way to change my reality, but rather as a constant practice that can help me rewrite the way I see and do life. The affirmations are sometimes a reminder other times an encouragement. You can memorise some affirmations, write them down, sing them or do whatever it is that helps you out. 

I alone hold the truth of who I am.
  1. I am complete as I am, others simply support me.
  2. I am growing and I am going at my own pace.
  3. I am more than my circumstances dictate.
  4. I am opened to healing.
  5. I am responsible for my life.
  6. I deserve to take up space.
  7. I celebrate the good qualities in myself and others. 
  8. I am guided at all times.
  9. I accept everything that is unfolding, knowing that I have the power to act on my own terms.
  10. I do not pretend to be anyone that I am not. 
  11. Changing and growing is a strength.
  12. I embrace change seamlessly and I rise to the new opportunities it presents. 
  13. I accept every question that arises in my heart. 
  14. I am in touch with my intuition and I honour it.

  10. I can be soft in my heart and firm in my boundaries.
  11. I can control how I respond.
  12. I am learning along the way.
  13. I nourish myself with kind words.
  14. Everything is constantly changing.
  15. My thoughts, emotions and feelings are valid.
