What we water grows. I try to remind myself that the patterns and habits that I see in my life are not fixed and that they have been developed and ingrained in my life over time. The way that I tell my story can impact the way I feel and perform day in and day out. I don’t think of daily affirmations as a magical pill, or an easy way to change my reality, but rather as a constant practice that can help me rewrite the way I see and do life. The affirmations are sometimes a reminder other times an encouragement. You can memorise some affirmations, write them down, sing them or do whatever it is that helps you out.
